The training course «Tactical Medicine for Ukrainians» on the basics of tactical medicine was initiated by the International Headquarters for Assistance to Ukrainians. Instructors were provided by the Association of Ukrainians in Luxembourg «LUkraine» and the organization «International-PMC». All material and technical resources are provided by the Lviv OVA.
In this regard, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between these organizations.
In general, we plan to train about 10,000 people in the basics of tactical medicine. The training is conducted by 5 qualified instructors from Luxembourg for groups formed by 20 people each. The training will be received by military personnel, terrobarons, medics, foresters, police, border guards, volunteers, journalists and civil servants.
The project was implemented in Lviv and Stryi.
The project was also implemented in the city of Sumy, where the organizers were the Sumy Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Medical Disasters, «The Austere Medical Relief Group» Charitable Foundation, the «Melios» Charitable Foundation, and the Sumy Regional State Administration.
