The second year presentation of the BLOOM program took place at the OSHCHADBIZNES business hub, bringing together representatives of international organizations, experts, and entrepreneurs to discuss opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine.
The event was opened by Olesia Volska-Zaluska, Director of the FCDO BLOOM consortium at Mercy Corps Ukraine.
During the program, participants discussed social entrepreneurship, financial support instruments for women entrepreneurs, access to financing and loans, as well as Oschadbank products and services for small and medium-sized businesses.
Business Woman Club participants attending the event included:
- Hanna Krysiuk – President of Business Woman Club;
- Yuliia Skichko – founder of Alefstroy Group and Board Member of Business Woman Club;
- Olha Pavlenko – President of the WAKO Kickboxing Federation of Ukraine.
Business Woman Club President Hanna Krysiuk expressed gratitude to Nadiia Yudaieva, Head of the “Early Economic Recovery and Support for MSMEs and Self-Employment” direction at Mercy Corps, for the invitation and the opportunity to participate in an important discussion on supporting women’s entrepreneurship and Ukraine’s economic recovery.
The BLOOM program is implemented by the BLOOM consortium, which includes Mercy Corps, Swisscontact, and Right to Protection (R2P), with financial support from the UK government through UK aid.
