Forum on child nutrition quality standards held in Kyiv

On April 28, 2026, a professional forum titled “Quality standards of children’s nutrition as a component of national public health” was held in Kyiv. The event became a platform for dialogue between representatives of the public sector, business, academia, and expert communities.

The forum focused on developing an effective system of high-quality and safe nutrition for children in educational institutions.

Opening remarks were delivered by Hanna Krysiuk, President of Business Woman Club, Hennadii Chyzhykov, President of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Liudmyla Syzikova, Vice President of the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Among the speakers was Raisa Mykhailova, CEO of “Favor Ama” and a member of Business Woman Club, who shared practical experience and insights into the development of the child nutrition system.

Representatives of Business Woman Club, including Yuliia Skichko, Board member and founder of Alefstroi Group, and Olha Pavlenko, President of the Ukrainian Kickboxing Federation WAKO, also joined the discussion.

Catering for the event was provided by Liudmyla Bohdan, owner of LVS Catering, allowing participants to experience the practical implementation of quality standards.

The forum brought together representatives of ministries, producers, scientists, and business leaders to develop solutions aimed at improving children’s nutrition and supporting a healthier future generation.

The event was organized by the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Committee of Women Entrepreneurs, the National University of Food Technologies, the O.M. Marzieiev Institute for Public Health, and the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine.
