On September 2, representatives of the Business Woman Club Council took part in a meeting between Lesya Karnaukh, Acting Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, and representatives of civil society organizations and the business community.
The meeting provided an opportunity for a direct and open discussion of issues that are currently important to Ukrainian entrepreneurs. The focus was on tax administration, business interaction with government agencies, and finding practical solutions to pressing challenges.
Hanna Krysiuk, President of the Business Woman Club, highlighted issues of current importance to the business community. In particular, the meeting addressed the problem of double taxation and the possibility of holding a separate roundtable in the Kyiv region.
Attention was also focused on the issue of supporting businesses that have suffered damage as a result of enemy attacks. It is important for businesses to have a clear plan of action in such situations—from the moment damage is documented to interacting with the relevant government agencies and receiving the necessary assistance.
In wartime, it is precisely prompt communication, clear coordination mechanisms, and the willingness of government institutions to listen to the needs of entrepreneurs that become a crucial component of the resilience of Ukrainian businesses.
