A meeting between members of Business Woman Club and H.E. Barakat Ali Elleithy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Ukraine, took place at the Ambassador’s residence. The event focused on strengthening Ukrainian-Egyptian cooperation, expanding business partnerships, and exploring new areas of collaboration.
Business Woman Club President Hanna Krysiuk introduced the international community, presented its key projects, and welcomed the participants. Each attendee had the opportunity to present her business, share professional experience, and introduce her own initiatives.

During the open dialogue, the participants discussed promising opportunities for cooperation in the fields of economics, agribusiness, innovation, cybersecurity, tourism, as well as healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Special attention was also given to rehabilitation and recovery initiatives.
One of the key outcomes of the meeting was an invitation for Business Woman Club to undertake a business mission to Egypt in October–November. The visit is expected to include business meetings, a Ukrainian-Egyptian business forum, the development of new partnerships, and discussions on organizing an international retreat.
An important agreement reached during the meeting was the Ambassador’s decision to become a mentor of Business Woman Club, supporting the community’s international cooperation and future initiatives.

As a symbol of friendship and mutual respect, the members of Business Woman Club presented the Ambassador with kalyna (the guelder rose), one of Ukraine’s national symbols. The parties also agreed to involve Egypt in the international Greening of the Planet initiative. The Ambassador expressed his support for the project and his willingness to take part in tree-planting activities both in Ukraine and Egypt.
The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the meeting provided an opportunity not only to discuss future cooperation but also to gain a deeper appreciation of Egyptian culture. This inspired the idea of launching a joint Ukrainian-Egyptian culinary project as another instrument of cultural diplomacy.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Business Woman Club President Hanna Krysiuk expressed her sincere gratitude to the Ambassador for his warm hospitality, openness to dialogue, and continued support for the club’s international initiatives.
