As part of the business program in Qingdao, a meeting was held with representatives of Hisense, one of China’s leading technology companies, founded in 1969.
The meeting was attended by the Business Woman Club business delegation, Zhang Xiumin, Chairwoman of the Qingdao Women Entrepreneurs Association, and Fan Yu, Vice President of Hisense. During the meeting, Hisense representatives presented the company’s development history, key areas of activity and modern technological solutions.
Hisense operates in the fields of electronics and home appliances, producing televisions, laser TVs, professional displays, refrigerators, washing machines and dryers, air conditioners and other climate-control equipment. Its other business areas include smart home systems, automotive electronics, semiconductors, smart energy and intelligent transportation systems. The company places significant emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence into its solutions.
During the meeting, the participants discussed potential areas of cooperation. Hanna Krysiuk, President of Business Woman Club, presented the key areas in which the Club is interested in partnership and proposed exploring further cooperation in the development of decarbonized cities. Hisense shared its experience in implementing such a project in the Maldives.
The meeting concluded with an exchange of gifts and a joint dinner at the Hisense office.
