The 39th pre-Easter humanitarian mission of the International Headquarters for Assistance to Ukrainians (IHUA) to the Kherson region became another testament to the unity, support, and strength of Ukrainian society.
Among the participants were Alina Skomorokhova, Member of the Board of Business Woman Club and Head of the NGO “MOZHU”, together with Kostiantyn Skomorokhov, as well as Serhii Kozyr, mentor of Business Woman Club and Member of the Parliament of Ukraine.
The mission was implemented in cooperation with Violeta Labaziuk, member of Business Woman Club and Head of Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, the Charity Foundation of Violeta Labaziuk “We Are Nearby”, and Fundacja Team Kraków.
During the mission, chaplain Vitalii Pievniev blessed Easter cakes and humanitarian aid, as well as Ukrainian defenders. The consecrated Easter cakes and aid were delivered to military personnel, State Emergency Service workers, National Police officers, medical institutions, and residents of affected communities in the Kherson region.
In total, the mission delivered:
— 7 generators of various capacities
— 1,000 consecrated Easter cakes
— 700 gift sets
— 20 boxes of fruit
— 10 packages of food supplies
— 25 boxes of medical supplies, medicines, and bandaging materials
— 10 fire extinguishers
Additionally, humanitarian aid was delivered to hospitals and stabilization points. Within the cooperation between NGO “MOZHU” and NAU Network Associazioni per Ucraina, with the support of Italian communities and organizations, generators were purchased and transferred to communities in the Kherson region.
The mission concluded with the symbolic planting of a Tree of Peace — a sakura, as part of the international environmental initiative Greening of the Planet, symbolizing resilience, unity, and faith in Ukraine’s victory.
Business Woman Club expresses sincere gratitude to all partners and participants who contributed to the implementation of this humanitarian mission.
