The Ukrainian delegation visited Qingdao Laokuang Zunpu Tea Industry Co., Ltd., where they learned about the main stages of Chinese tea production.
During the visit, the guests were welcomed by Zhong Renmei, a member of the Association and general manager of Qingdao Laokuang Zunpu Tea Industry Co., Ltd. She explained the specifics of the production process and familiarized the guests with the main stages of tea preparation.
They were shown how tea leaves are processed after harvesting, dried, and prepared for packaging. Special attention was paid to production automation: the tea is automatically packaged into bags using specialized equipment, after which female workers perform the final packaging.
Representatives of the Chinese company also spoke about one of the finest varieties of their traditional Chinese tea and the specifics of its production.
A highlight of the meeting was a traditional tea ceremony. During the ceremony, guests were shown the techniques for preparing tea and how the tea paste is kneaded to create patterns.
The meeting provided an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Chinese tea culture, modern production methods, and the prospects for further collaboration between the parties.
