Khmelnytskyi became a platform for international dialogue, women’s leadership, and strategic partnerships as it hosted the 10th Anniversary International Business Woman Forum 2026 under the slogan “A Woman Shaping the World: From the State to Global Impact.”
The forum was organized by Business Woman Magazine. Co-organizers included the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council and the NGO MOZHU, with the support of the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and the international business community Business Woman Club.
The official opening began with the National Anthem of Ukraine and a moment of silence in honor of those who gave their lives defending Ukraine’s freedom and independence.
Welcoming remarks were delivered by Business Woman Club mentors:
- Dmytro Lubinets – Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (online);
- Andon Sapundzi – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to Ukraine;
- Andrija Djuranovic – Deputy Head of Mission of Montenegro to Ukraine and First Secretary.



Women in Politics
The first panel discussion was moderated by Violeta Labaziuk, Chairwoman of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council and a member of Business Woman Club.
The discussion focused on the role of women in public administration, legislative processes, and Ukraine’s recovery during wartime.
Speakers included:
- Mariia Mezentseva-Fedorenko – Member of Parliament of Ukraine (online);
- Oksana Shorlemmer – representative of the Ministry of Science, Culture, Federal and European Affairs of Germany (online).



Women in Diplomacy
The second panel was moderated by Hanna Krysiuk, President of Business Woman Club.
The discussion featured:
- Elena Leticia Teresa Mikusinski – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Argentina to Ukraine;
- Borjanka Simicevic – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to Ukraine (online);
- Matea Prevolšek – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Slovenia to Ukraine (online).
Socially Responsible Business
The third panel was moderated by Alina Skomorokhova, Head of the NGO MOZHU and Member of the Business Woman Club Board.
The speakers included:
- Anastasiia Didukh;
- Yuliia Skichko;
- Olga Semančáková;
- Mariia Chorna;
- Iryna Zelenina.



They shared practical experience in business development, international cooperation, social responsibility, and the implementation of impactful projects during challenging times.
Special recognition was given to Business Woman Club members who attended the forum to support the community and strengthen networking opportunities, including Yuliia Slaiman and Liliana Dmytriieva.
The forum once again demonstrated that Business Woman Club serves as a powerful platform for uniting women leaders, fostering international cooperation, supporting entrepreneurship, and creating meaningful social impact.
